As the poet Raul Seixas said,
I'd rather be a walking-talking metamorphosis.
Always changing. Never settling.
As a student, I took this wild hair from São Paulo, Brazil, to New York City for a 12-week internship. Turned that into my first full-time job.
I spent the next decade sharpening my copywriting and conceptual thinking skills in high-profile NYC agencies. Those with cool offices, ping-pong tables, and shelves full of awards.
Worked on local brands, global brands, and everything in between.
Made them famous and part of the culture, with a multicultural approach.
Got people talking about them.
And added more medals to those shelves.
Moved to sunny LA. Went client-side.
Helped foster a culture of creativity? ✅
While creating integrated campaigns? ✅
Recorded a VO with Kobe Bryant? ✅ 🙌
Then, 2020. You know how that went.
Back on agency-side. Moved to upstate New York.
Not Westchester, upstate upstate New York.
Like deer-family-sleeping-in-my-backyard, upstate.
Cranked out social and brand experiences while doing the hybrid thing.
Helped build P&G global brands at Saatchi.
Now, I’m creating fresh social content and pr-worthy brand acts at Edelman/Mustache.
So, the last 16 years?
Busy. And a blast. I wonder what's next.
