I’m Yuri de Castro. Multicultural creative leader and copywriter.
Since I can remember, I’ve been obsessed with seeing things in a different light. So, creativity became my way of life.
Almost 20 years ago, I was selected for a 12-week internship as a Miami Ad School student from São Paulo to New York. What was supposed to be a short trip to help my career back in Brazil turned into my first full-time job. It changed my life 🚀
From there, I’ve built a career sharpening my craft at high-profile creative shops, you know, the ones with cool offices, ping-pong tables, and shelves full of awards. Each place had its own culture, which helped me develop a deeper perspective on how to approach ideas, shape brands, and connect with audiences.
I also learned how to foster a culture of creativity by collaborating with amazing-ultra-smart people. Today, I roll up my sleeves and get to work while leading teams, creating space for collaboration, growth, and positivity.
